Refund Policy (Ride Sharing)


Cancellation by the passenger:

  • If a passenger cancels a ride before it is accepted by a driver, you may receive a full refund of any prepayment made.
  • If you cancel a ride after it has been accepted, there may be a cancellation fee depending on the app's policy. The remaining amount may be refunded to you.
  • If you cancel a ride after it has been accepted and the driver has already arrived at your location, there may be a restriction period of 2 minutes before you can request a new driver.

Cancellation by the driver:

  • If a driver cancels a ride after accepting it, you are typically not charged for the ride. You may be offered a refund or the option to request another driver.

Service-related issues:

  • If you encounter issues during your ride, such as a significant delay or a problem with the vehicle, you may be eligible for a refund or credit. In such cases, it is important to contact the ride-sharing app's customer support to report the issue and request a refund.

Payment issues:

  • If you are incorrectly charged or notice unauthorized charges on your account, you should contact the customer support of the ride-sharing app as soon as possible to report the problem and request a refund.
